As part of our customer satisfaction commitment, we may offer refunds on payments made for custom design projects under special circumstances. Please note that all refund decisions are subject to the sole discretion of our internal management team.

 

For new design service accounts, we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with the work we’ve delivered, you’re eligible to request a full refund within this period.

 

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 30 business days and will be returned either as account credits or via direct deposit to the original payment method.

 

All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original purchaser and credited back to the account used for the initial transaction.

 

Please be aware that fees related to domain registration, domain transfers, or any other hosting-related services are non-refundable, as these are fulfilled through third-party providers.

 

Additionally, all domain name purchases are considered final upon transaction. While you retain full ownership and the right to transfer your domain, refunds are not available for these services once registered.
